Thermage FLX 300 shots vs. 600shots

When you do Thermage on your face,

 

you usually have to choose between 300 shots, 600 shots, and 900 shots.

 

Thermage has a disposable tip and the shot is fixed.

There are only three options mentioned above.

Are 900 shots 3 times the effect of 300 shots?

Are 600 shots  2 times the effect of 300 shots?

 

 

If the energy per shot is the same,

of course 600 shots will have 2 times more energy than 300 shots.

However, the REAL effect is slightly different.

 

 

Because

it takes time to raise the temperature.

 

Thermage and other high-frequency treatments

can only be effective when the temperature actually rises to the threshold point.
